Deliverables, access, timelines, charges, revisions and any ongoing support are agreed separately before work starts. A project is governed by its accepted proposal or order terms, including the applicable marketplace terms when booked through Fiverr or Upwork.

Search rankings, traffic, sales and inclusion in AI-generated answers depend on factors outside one freelancer’s control. No specific position, revenue figure or timeline for search results is guaranteed. Platform rules, algorithms, hosting and third-party software can change.

Work may depend on timely access, suitable hosting, feedback and third-party providers. Material changes to an agreed scope are discussed before proceeding. A website or migration may require testing and backup arrangements appropriate to the project; these are confirmed in the project agreement.
